I stopped in at Just 4 Ewe here in Oak Creek on Sunday and Jan has the Innovations knitting machines set up on picnic tables in front of the store for charity hat knitting. I should have just walked past and on into the store. But no, not me. I had to stop and look at what was going on. I had to look at the hats they had produced. I had to have one.
40% coupon at Hobby Lobby brings it down to about $25.00
So I sent my retired parents to Hobby Lobby to get the last one yesterday. (They love to shop!!!!) They dropped it off for me and I set aside my work on my desk and set it up. I made 3 hats. Last night I made a scarf with sport weight yarn.
DDIL is here with me now turning the crank for a multicolored one. It is addictive and a great way to quickly reduce stash.

Can you share the instructions/pattern for making the hat? Also, what size did the hat end up? The reason I am asking is because I have an Innovations Knitting Machine and have yet to be able to make a hat that fits anyone.
Thanks. =)
