It sure has been a while since I blogged. Glad to be back and have lots of knitting and even a bit of crochet to show. One of the things I played with over the winter was Red Heart Strata in some really wild colors. I ordered the yarn from Mary Maxim.
Above is a hat I made from a generic formula for hats in the book "Teach Yourself Visually - Knitting Design".

The pastel hat below is the same as the one above but in a little bigger size.
It is really fun to work with the Strata yarn. It is a bit stiff but I'm hoping it will soften up a bit when washed.
